” Compact House No.1 ” ตั้งอยู่ที่จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี เป็นบ้านพักอาศัยขนาดเล็กที่ออกแบบภายใต้เงื่อนไขของงบประมาณที่จำกัด และความต้องการของเจ้าของบ้านที่ต้องการบ้านกะทัดรัดแต่มีฟังก์ชันครบสำหรับครอบครัว 3-4 คน
ด้วยพื้นที่จำกัด การออกแบบจึงให้ความสำคัญกับการใช้สเปซอย่างคุ้มค่าที่สุด เพื่อให้แต่ละพื้นที่สามารถใช้งานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพ และยังคงความโปร่ง โล่ง สบาย ไม่อึดอัด พื้นที่พักอาศัยและพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง (Common Area) ถูกแยกออกจากกันอย่างชัดเจน เพื่อให้สมาชิกในบ้านมีพื้นที่ส่วนตัว และยังมีพื้นที่ทำกิจกรรมร่วมกัน
แม้จะเป็นบ้านขนาดเล็ก แต่ก็ให้ความสำคัญกับพื้นที่พักผ่อน เจ้าของบ้านสามารถใช้เวลาว่างที่ระเบียง ซึ่งออกแบบมาให้รับลมธรรมชาติและสร้างบรรยากาศที่ผ่อนคลาย
บ้านหลังนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า ขนาดไม่ใช่ข้อจำกัดของการอยู่อาศัยที่มีคุณภาพเสมอไป หากมีการออกแบบที่ดี บ้านขนาดเล็กก็สามารถมอบความสะดวกสบายและความอบอุ่นให้กับผู้อยู่อาศัยได้เช่นกัน
” Compact House No.1 “ is a small residential home located in Suphanburi, designed under budget constraints while meeting the owner’s need for a compact yet fully functional home for a family of 3-4 people.
With limited space, the design emphasizes maximizing every square meter efficiently, ensuring each area is highly functional while maintaining an open, airy, and comfortable atmosphere. The living space and common area are distinctly separated, allowing for both privacy and shared activities within the home.
Despite its compact size, this house prioritizes relaxation, featuring a balcony designed to capture natural breezes and create a serene ambiance.
