” โครงการหมู่บ้าน R8 ” พื้นที่พักผ่อนส่วนตัว ท่ามกลางความเร่งรีบของเมือง
โครงการนี้เป็นหมู่บ้านขนาดเล็กใจกลางเมืองที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อตอบโจทย์ไลฟ์สไตล์ของผู้ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับความสงบและความเป็นส่วนตัว ท่ามกลางความสะดวกสบายของเมืองใหญ่
ตัวบ้านเป็น บ้านเดี่ยว 2 ชั้น ออกแบบในสไตล์ Modern Minimal ที่เน้นโทนสีเข้ม เสริมด้วยองค์ประกอบของไม้เพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศที่อบอุ่นและสมดุล แนวคิดหลักของการออกแบบคือการสร้างพื้นที่ที่เอื้อต่อการพักผ่อนอย่างแท้จริง หลังจากวันที่เคร่งเครียดและเหนื่อยจากการทำงาน
จุดเด่นของโครงการคือ Private Courtyard สวนใจกลางบ้านที่สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนฟังก์ชันได้ตามความต้องการ เชื่อมโยงกับพื้นที่ใช้สอยทุกส่วน ทำให้แสงธรรมชาติและพื้นที่สีเขียวกลายเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญของทุกห้อง การวางผังบ้านแต่ละหลังได้รับการออกแบบมาเพื่อลดการรบกวนระหว่างกัน โดยคำนึงถึงมุมมองที่ไม่ล้ำความเป็นส่วนตัวของบ้านข้างเคียง อีกทั้งรั้วและองค์ประกอบทางสถาปัตยกรรมยังได้รับการออกแบบให้กลมกลืนกับตัวบ้านและโรงจอดรถ เพื่อสร้างความเป็นส่วนตัวโดยไม่รู้สึกถูกปิดกั้น
” R8 Housing “ A Private Retreat Amidst the City’s Hustle
R8 Housing is an exclusive small-scale residential project in the heart of the city, meticulously designed to cater to individuals who value privacy and tranquility while enjoying the conveniences of urban living.
Each residence is a two-story detached house crafted in Modern Minimal style. The design embraces a dark-toned palette complemented by wooden elements, creating a warm and balanced ambiance. At the core of this design is the concept of providing a space that fosters genuine relaxation after a demanding day.
A defining feature of the project is the Private Courtyard, a central garden adaptable to various functions, seamlessly integrated with all living spaces. Natural light and greenery are key elements, ensuring every room benefits from an open and refreshing atmosphere. The layout of each home is thoughtfully planned to minimize disruptions between residences, maintaining privacy through strategic spatial arrangements. Additionally, the fencing and architectural elements are harmonized with the house and carport, enhancing privacy without feeling enclosed.
