” Ramindra House “ การออกแบบของบ้านหลังนี้จะเน้นไปที่เส้นสายที่คมชัด และโทน สีขาวคลีนๆ ที่ให้ความรู้สึกกว้าง โล่ง โปร่งตา และด้วยโจทย์คือการแบ่งพื้นที่ของ 2 ครอบครัวในบ้านหลังเดียวกัน แต่ละครอบครัวมีโซนส่วนตัวพร้อมทางเข้าแยกเพื่อความเป็นส่วนตัวสูงสุด แต่ในขณะเดียวกัน ก็มีพื้นที่ส่วนกลางที่เชื่อมต่อกัน ให้ทุกคนได้ใช้เวลาร่วมกันได้เต็มที่ ไม่ว่าจะสังสรรค์ พักผ่อน หรือทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ
ชั้นล่างจะเป็นพื้นที่สำหรับโซนส่วนกลางสำหรับพักผ่อน ส่วนชั้นสองจะเป็นชั้นสำหรับพักอาศัยและที่พิเศษยิ่งกว่านั้น คือ “สระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัวบนชั้นสอง” ที่ออกแบบมาให้เห็นวิวทะเลสาบแบบพาโนรามาไม่ว่าจะอยู่ที่มุมไหนของสระ และทุกห้องนอนยังถูกจัดเพื่อให้ได้วิวทะเลสาบเช่นกัน
” Ramindra House “ The design of this house focuses on sharp lines and a clean white tone that gives a wide, open, airy feel. And with the challenge of dividing the space for 2 families in the same house, each family has a private zone with a separate entrance for maximum privacy. But at the same time, there is a connected common area allowing everyone to spend time together fully, whether socializing, relaxing, or doing various activities.
The ground floor will be the area for the common relaxation zone. While the second floor will be the residential floor, and what’s even more special is the “private swimming pool on the second floor” designed to see a panoramic lake view. No matter where you are in the pool, every bedroom is also arranged to get a lake view as well.
